Surgery Scrub Tech – (1.0 FTE) Full Time
Assists physicians with surgical procedures and helps Nursing Staff to care for patients. Must be willing and able to be flexible in scheduling and role expectations to best meet the patient needs.  A working knowledge of the instruments, cleaning procedures, sterilizers and wrapping instruments is required.  A minimum of 1-year experience as a Scrub Tech is required.  3 – 5 years experience is preferred.  Must have graduated from an accredited Surgical Technician course or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.  A Certified Scrub Tech is preferred.  On Call coverage is required.

Clerk Tech/LPN Tech – Emergency Dept – (0.90 FTE) Full Time 7a-7p (Internal Only)
Clerks will register the patients and do other clerical duties.  Assist in the care and treatments of the patients under the discretion of nursing personnel. Also will float to Med/Surg Unit if the need arises.  Must have a current C N A or LPN license in Nebraska and BLS certification. Previous experience in taking care of all ages (newborn, pediatrics, adult, and geriatric) is a plus. 

Physical Therapist – Rehab Services – (0.5 FTE) Part Time
Evaluates, establishes plan of care and treats patients referred by a physician for physical rehabilitation.  Must have a Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree from an accredited program and current licensure from the State of Nebraska, CPR certified.  Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Lead Medical Technologist – Laboratory – (1.0 FTE)  Full Time
To supervise the day-to-day operations of the clinical laboratory as directed by the Operations Director of Allied Health Services, assuring reliable, high-quality diagnostic test results expeditiously delivered to practitioners. To provide efficient and effective leadership.  Bachelor of Science degree with MT(ASCP) certification. Four years experience as a Medical Technologist preferred. Must meet the CLIA qualifications for “Technical Supervisor”.

Registration Clerk – Outpatient Clinic – (1.0 FTE) Full Time
The Outpatient Clinic receptionist is responsible for answering the phone, scheduling patients and preparing all clinic charts.  Responsible for collecting co-pays, copying of insurance cards, verifying and correcting all demographic information.  High School Diploma.  Knowledge of computers and experience in a clinic setting preferred.  Experience in a general office setting suggested.  Must be multi-task oriented.  Must have an outgoing and cheerful disposition.  Must be able to work with multiple doctors and staff.  Able to work independently and as a team member.  Able to deal with many patients and their families.

HIM Tech I – HIM Department  (1.0 FTE) Full Time 7:30 – 4:00 Monday – Friday
This position contributes to the vision and mission of MCH by assuring that record analysis duties are performed in accordance with regulatory requirements, organizational and departmental policies and procedures, and State and Federal laws. This position ensures that all medical record documents are organized and analyzed in a timely and accurate manner. This position is also responsible for understanding the requirements needed to deem a physician in non-compliance with medical staff bylaws. The analyst may interact with physician and hospital staff in the course of the work day to ensure accurate and timely information is received and processed.  Two to four years Medical Record experience preferred.  Ability to analyze medical records for completeness based regulatory requirements and Medical staff bylaws.  Knowledgeable of medical record department organization and functions. Knowledgeable of computerized medical record applications.

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – After Hours Clinic/Blair Clinic – PRN/Casual
Maintains standards of professional mid-level practitioner.  May function as a mid-level practitioner in the Primary Care Clinics of After Hours Clinic.  All duties performed shall be approved by the supervising physician, and the medical staff of Memorial Community Hospital.  Current Nebraska state Board of Licensure as a Physician Assistant.  Possesses cognitive, organizational, and emotional ability and maturity to deal effectively with multiple stressors, deadlines, difficult situations and/or patients.  Performs detailed and accurate assessments and documents all information necessary to ensure accurate patient records.

RN – Med/Surg – (0.90 FTE) Full Time 7a - 7p Days & (0.90 FTE) 7p - 7a Nights -
$5000 Hiring On Bonus
Able to communicate with Physicians, strong critical thinking skills.  Ability to work alone in changing environments.  RN licensed in the State of Nebraska or a participating compact state.

RN – Labor and Delivery – (0.9 FTE) Full Time – 12 hour shifts
$5000 Hiring On Bonus
Independently work in a low risk unit.  Minimum of 2-year experience in labor and delivery preferred.  A current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska is required.  Current BLS & NPR is required and ACLS is preferred.
