Our Physicians

MCH Health System is your connection to quality healthcare
services. Our care begins with new life and continues with
a lifetime of care. MCH employs eight physicians and six
physician assistants. This team of health care professionals
provides primary care services in Blair, Tekamah and Fort
Calhoun. MCH Physicians
Clinics offer services for the entire family.
The MCH Outpatient Clinic is
home to 16 different specialties and provides space for
35 specialists from Omaha and surrounding areas. Surgical
services are offered in orthopedics, ophthalmology,
urology, podiatry, OB/GYN, ear, nose and throat (ENT) and
general surgery.

Jim Jordan, M.D.
Fort Calhoun Clinic
Dr. Jordan received his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine, Netherlands-Antilles in 2002. He completed his family practice residency with Clarkson Family Medicine in Omaha. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Nebraska Association of Family Practice and the American Medical Association. Dr. Jordan's special areas of interest include obstetrics, sports medicine and general family practice.
John Renelt, M.D.
Blair Clinic
Dr. Renelt attended the University of Minnesota
Medical School and completed his residency at Clarkson
Family Medicine. He is a member of the American
Academy of Family Practice, and the Nebraska Medical
Association. Dr. Renelt is Board Certified by the
American Board of Family Practice. He practices
at the Blair Clinic with special interests in Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology,
Preventative Medicine and Orthopedics.

Bradley Sawtelle, M.D.

Dr. Sawtelle attend the University of Nebraska Medical
Center and completed his residency there. He is
a member of the American Medical Association, Nebraska
Medical Association and the American Academy of
Family Physicians. Dr. Sawtelle is Board Certified
by the American Board of Family Practice. He practices
at the Blair Clinic and has special interests in
Occupational Medicine, Obstetrics, Gynecology and Family Medicine.

of Family Physicians. Dr. Shaw is Board Certified by the Americna Board of Family Practive. He practices at the Cottonwood
Clinic in Tekamah and has special interests in Family
Medicine, Obstetrics, Gynecology and Rural Health

Dr. Villafranca attended medical school at Southwestern
University College of Medicine, Cebu City, Philippines.
She completed her residency at the University of
North Dakota, Minot. She is a member of the American

Association, the Nebraska Medical Association and
is Board Certified by the American Board of Family
Practice. She practices at the Blair Clinic and
has a special interest in Family Medicine, including
Obstetrics and Geriatrics.

has special interests in Women's Health and Gynecology.

Dr. Wilkins attended the University of Nebraska

at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He

by the American Academy of Family Practice. He practices
at the Blair Clinic and has special interests in
Geriatrics, Preventive Medicine, Dermatology, Pedicatrics, Procedural Medicine, Obstetrics and Critical Care Medicine.

Emergency Medicine
Dr. Wilson received his undergraduate degree from
Dana College in Blair. He received his medical degree
from the University of Colorado School of Medicine
and performed his residency at Southwest Washington,
Vancouver, WA. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association and the Christian Medical Association. He is Board Certified in Family Practice
Medicine. He is a full-time addition to the Emergency
Department.
Walter Wood, M.D.
Emergency Medicine
Dr. Wood received his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine, Grenada, West Indies and performed his residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He is board certified in Family Practice Medicine, and is a full-time addition to the Emergency Department. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Association of Family Physicians and the Christian Medical and Dental Association.
