At Memorial Community Hospital and Health System, we realize
some patients may have concerns regarding payment for medical
treatment. A trained staff of medical coders and billers,
as well as Financial Counselors, are available
to help you.
All Medicare, Medicaid or commercial insurance will be
promptly filed. A copy of your insurance card will be required
to ensure the most current information is obtained. You
will receive a monthly statement showing the status of your
outstanding accounts and any payments or adjustments that
were made during the month. Please contact us to inquire
about our many payment opportunities, including payment arrangements, financial assistance and bank loans, for "Balance Due"
amounts.
You may receive other bills in connection with treatment.
Additional charges may be billed from a radiologist, pathologist,
surgeon or consulting physician.
