Volunteer Opportunities

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched, just felt in the human heart.
-- Helen Keller (1880-1968)

Memorial Community Hospital Volunteers are members of a special group of individuals who provide supplemental services for the hospital. Volunteers span a large cross-section of our community and their assistance is greatly appreciated.

The rewards of volunteering include: a. Meeting everyday people who share a common commitment to giving back and to making a difference in our world, b. Accepting new challenges, c. Being a part of a caring, professional team of health care providers, and d. The wonderful feeling you get from helping others.

MCH Auxiliary
The MCH Auxiliary has more than 200 active members and their history of involvement and support of the hospital goes back to the 1950s, when the community was raising funds to build the hospital. The purpose of the MCH Auxiliary is to promote and to advance the welfare of Memorial Community Hospital. This is accomplished in a variety of ways. (see our Board of Directors list)
